We want your garments to stay by your side for as long as possible. Caring for them helps extend their life and reduces the need to replace them.

If your fleece just needs a refresh, air it out instead of washing it. Washing less often saves water and helps reduce wear on the fabric.

Skip the fabric softener, as it can leave a coating on the fibres that may affect breathability.

Fleece care

• Wash at 30°C on a gentle cycle.
• Wash inside out with similar colours.
• Do not bleach.
• Line dry.
• Do not iron.
• Do not dry clean.

Our recycled polyester fleece can release microplastic fibres during washing. To help reduce their release into waterways, use a GUPPYFRIEND Washing Bag, available on our website here. It helps reduce fibre shedding and captures released fibres while protecting your garments.

After washing, collect the trapped fibres and dispose of them in your household waste, never rinse them down the drain.
