We do not operate with quotas for how many women or ethnic minorities we should have in leadership positions or other similar initiatives. As we genuinely believe diversity makes us stronger, we naturally seek colleagues who add diversity to Kintobe.
The management is 50% women and men. The organization is roughly 50% women and men, and about 1/3 are Danish while the remaining are from all over the world.
