Together, we’ll enjoy coffee, tea, and snacks as we explore selected exercises from our brand-new Soft is Strong: A Kindness Journal - reflections that help you realign with yourself and bring more joy and kindness into everyday life.

It’s a moment to let go of what no longer serves you, write small intentions for the year ahead, and rediscover what makes you feel alive, kind, and connected.
