This January, we invite you to join us for an evening to pause, reconnect, and start the year with intention.

Together, we’ll enjoy coffee, tea, and snacks as we explore selected exercises from our brand-new Kindness Journal - reflections that help you realign with yourself and bring more joy and kindness into everyday life.

It’s a moment to let go of what no longer serves you, write small intentions for the year ahead, and rediscover what makes you feel alive, kind, and connected.

Expect gentle reflections, inspiration, and a sense of togetherness, and leave with your own Kindness Journal to continue the journey.
