1. When you return a bag through our Pre-Loved Programme, you’ll receive a voucher to use on kintobe.com.

2. Your exact voucher value will be shown to you when you check in your bag.

3. The voucher will only be issued once we have received your bag at our partner's warehouse and confirmed its condition.

1. Vouchers can only be redeemed on kintobe.com and cannot be exchanged for cash.

2. Each voucher is single-use and valid for one transaction only.

3. Vouchers cannot be combined with other vouchers or discount codes, unless explicitly stated.

1. To keep the programme fair and sustainable, higher-value vouchers come with a higher minimum spend.

2. Example structure :

Voucher up to 100 dkk → no minimum spend.
Voucher 200-300 dkk → minimum spend 699 dkk.
Voucher 300-400 dkk → minimum spend 999dkk
Voucher 400-500 dkk → minimum spend 1299dkk

1. Vouchers are only issued once your bag has been received at our warehouse and its condition has been confirmed. If we do not receive your bag, no voucher will be given.

2. If you return an order purchased with a voucher, the voucher value is not refundable or reissued.

3. If part of the order is returned, the refund will reflect only the amount you paid on top of the voucher value.

The programme is intended for individual customers. We reserve the right to decline participation in cases of misuse, fraud, or bulk returns.
