Shipping and Returns
WHERE DO WE SHIP TO?
We deliver worldwide. We use GLS and PostNord as our shipment carriers.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
We offer free shipping on all orders over 100 EUR. For orders under 100 EUR a shipping fee is calculated at checkout.
DELIVERY TIMES
We dispatch orders on all weekdays from our warehouse in Denmark. If you place your order before 12 noon (GMT+2) on Monday-Thursday, your order will be sent out the same day.
Delivery times in Denmark with GLS: approximately 24-48 hours from leaving our warehouse
Delivery times in Europe with PostNord: approximately 3-7 days from leaving our warehouse.
Delivery times in Europe with GLS: approximately 49-96 hours from leaving our warehouse. Up to 7 days for remote areas.
Delivery times in Europe with PostNord: approximately 6-10 days from leaving our warehouse.
Delivery times in USA with GLS: approximately 5-7 days from leaving our warehouse.
Delivery times in Asia with GLS: approximately 5-7 days from leaving our warehouse.
SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE THE EU
Your order might be subject to import duties and taxes, which will be charged once your product reaches your country.
You will need to pay any tax charges applies to your order by our local tax authority.
Tax rules and regulations vary from country to country, so please contact your local customs office should you have any questions regarding tax rules regarding your specific country.
When you place an order with Kintobe, our carrier will automatically pay any duties and taxes on your behalf and charge you once the product is delivered to you.
TRACK YOUR ORDER
When your order is dispatched from our warehouse you will automatically receive an email with a tracking code that you can use to track your order.
RETURNS
If you have regretted the purchase of an item, you must send the item to our warehouse without any unnecessary delays and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase.
Returns are always free. When we receive a message from you letting us know that you regret, we will guide you on how to order and print a return label online, which you must attach to your return parcel. Return items cannot be shipped per Collect on Delivery or without distribution, and any costs for alternative return shipments are not covered by Kintobe.
